What stays on your phone

Cleave needs information about your body, your training and what you eat. Without it there is no plan to build. That makes it worth being exact about where things go.

Progress photos

Progress photos stay on your phone. Cleave does not upload them. They are left out of backups and exports too, so the only copy is the one in your hand.

Apple Health

If you connect Apple Health, Cleave uses it to show your activity and progress inside the app. It is not sent to the AI coach, not used for advertising and not sold.

The coach

The coach works from your training and nutrition log. It does not receive your name, your email, your progress photos or your Health data.

Ads and selling

Cleave shows no third-party advertising and does not sell personal data.

Leaving

You can export your data and delete your account from Settings. You do not have to write to anyone or wait for a reply.
