Carve yourself.
Cleave plans your training and your meals. One plan, one place to log it, and a statue that changes as the work adds up.

The statue is you.
Every workout takes something off the stone. Your rank is a record of work done, not a score, so it only moves forward.
Ten ranks, from Rookie to Diamond.
One app for the whole week.

All postsWhy your rank is a statue
A number on a chart does not carry weight. A statue that visibly changes does.
Ranks ·What stays on your phone
A training app needs to know a lot about your body. Here is where each kind of data goes.
Privacy ·Logging a set in two moves
Between sets you have one free hand and a short rest. The workout screen is built around that.

When can I download Cleave?
Cleave is coming to the App Store. This site will link to it on release day.
Is Cleave free?
You can start free and train a ready-made plan. Cleave Pro builds your training and meals around you and makes your personal sculpture. It starts with a 3-day free trial.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
Where are my progress photos stored?
On your phone, left out of backups and exports. The one exception is your sculpture: you can choose to send one front photo to make it, and it is sent only with your consent. We keep the sculpture, not the photo.
What does Cleave do with Apple Health data?
It shows your activity and progress inside the app. Health data is not sent to the AI coach, not used for advertising and not sold.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Both are in Settings inside the app. Deleting your account removes your data.
How old do I have to be?
16 or older. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian has to agree.
Is the coach a replacement for a doctor?
No. Cleave can make mistakes. Check with a doctor before changing how you train or eat, especially with an injury or a medical condition.

Day one
Start with one workout.
The first set takes the first piece off the stone. Cleave plans the rest: your training, your food and the next rank.
- A plan built from your answers
- Meals and macros for each day
- Ten ranks, from Rookie to Diamond
